Have you ever watched ice melt?
It transforms from a solid state of hexagonal arrangement to a perfect pool of water.
Could this seemingly natural occurrence be the indicator for managing our own change?
While the ice melts from the outside, the concentration of coldness is still present. It is not until the centre has melted that we are able to witness the wholeness of the complete change.
What can we learn from this?
· Change is not always instant, it has a flow to it
· Change requires us to move from one state to another
· Change is natural and is influenced by our external environment
· Choose the change you want to see
· Permanent change is core
Personal change can be transformational, especially if we are aware of what is taking place.
